Personal Essays: American Gangsters

David Alan Harvey has done an amazing piece of work on the Hip Hop culture that he has published in his book "Living Proof"... After hearing David speak about the Hip Hop culture, I started to watch clips from some of these singers such as 50 cents and many others... While watching videos from some of these musicians, I started to shoot with my camera, part of the screen, some visages....Tried to capture in a few pictures these famous gangsters, the mix of violence, sex, music that is diplayed on TV.
